 Any kind of fish can be buses to make this dish, including the parrot-fish, snapper, mojarra or even black crab. The secret is no remove the bones and season the fish thoroughly with tomato, onion, garlic and salt, with any preferred spices, and then fry it all.
One specialty is breadfruit served fried or boiled, to accompany a Wide range of dishes. It is eaten when still green, when it has a stronger taste than when ripe.

Perhaps the most favorite of all. Until a short time ago it was only prepared by men for men to eat, but today the women join in both activities.

Breadfruit, is typical of the island of San Andres, which is served fried or cooked as an accompaniment different foods. It is consumed when it is still green and has not matured to better enjoy the taste.

 

 After lunch, look around you, and you Hill see the women of the island offering sweet dishes made of  coconuts – a delicious experiment. They also have fruit juices and  cakes of yam, sweetcorn and bananas

Crab Soup:

Snail meat

It is made with crab meat or whole crab, (combined that make cassava, plantain, yam, etc..), Pig tail. 
Another option are grinders, cream, pies or stew crabmeat served in its shell.

INGREDIENTS

- 5 Snails

1 bell pepper

2 small onions

2 tomatoes

1 Head of garlic

flour or breadcrumbs, salt and pepper to taste, a good half of vinegar, 2 tablespoons lemon juice. 
       
Grind all ingredients and form balls and adds a little flour or breadcrumbs to gain consistency Fry in hot oil

BEANS WITH

PIG TAIL:

 

INGREDIENTS 

1 pound of beans

1 pound pig tail

 1/2 pound of onion

1/2 pound of paprika

 5 cloves of garlic

 Pepper

Sugar

 Basil

Half pound of flour 

 

PREPARATION 

Beans soften, the pig tail salt is taken out after 

get the salt pig tail is added to beans. Heat the butter and fry onion, paprika, garlic, and basil, the above ingredients are incorporated into the beans and add the pepper and sugar.
